Our Story
50 Years of Protecting Homes from Water
New Life Drainage was founded in 1975 with a simple mission: protect Pacific Northwest homes from the water damage that our unique climate and terrain create. Over five decades, we have grown from a small family operation into one of the most trusted drainage and erosion control contractors in the greater Seattle area.
We have completed over 500 drainage projects across King, Snohomish, and Skagit Counties. Every project — from a soggy backyard to a major slope stabilization — receives the same level of attention and craftsmanship.
We are licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State. Every project is led by experienced, accountable project managers who oversee quality and communication from estimate to completion.

The People Behind the Company
Neil Eneix Jr.
CEO & Co-Owner
Neil grew up watching his father build New Life with his hands. After taking over the business, he has led the company through 50 years of growth — completing hundreds of drainage projects across the greater Seattle area. Neil runs all day-to-day operations and is on the job site with every crew.
His hands-on leadership and commitment to quality are the reason New Life Drainage holds a 5.0-star Google rating.
Keith Eneix
Co-Owner
Keith joined New Life in 2007 and became a co-owner alongside his brother Neil. He brings nearly two decades of experience and oversees marketing strategy, helping the company reach homeowners across King, Snohomish, and Skagit Counties.
Keith draws on his experience co-owning one of the most trusted drainage contractors in the Pacific Northwest.
Neil Eneix Sr.
Owner Emeritus
Neil Eneix Sr. purchased New Life in 1992 and spent the next 30 years transforming thousands of Pacific Northwest properties. A family man with six kids, he ran every part of the business himself — equipment, crews, and sales — and built a reputation on getting the job done right and on time.
In 2022, he passed the business to his sons Neil Jr. and Keith. His standard of craftsmanship and his commitment to customer satisfaction are the foundation everything else is built on.
